Joy Djadi the director firmly believes that the environment plays a pivotal role in shaping a stylist’s skills, creativity and professional mindset. A well-designed learning and working environment fosters growth, inspires innovation, and encourages individuals to push boundaries. By surrounding stylist with the right tools, mentorship and exposure to different hair types and skin types.

With over 35 years of experience in the hair and beauty industry, my passion for education has offered me the opportunity to work with some of London’s most prestigious colleges and universities.

As an exclusive training provider our mission is to promote equality and diversity, whilst bridging the skills gap in Wales.

My retinal is to create more opportunities to access new transferable skills to work with different hair types and textures. Learn about the different products and techniques required to meet industry demands.
